Dahunsi Ogunleye B.A (Hons), M.P.P., MPICM Founder

Dahunsi Ogunleye offers 35 years of public-service expertise, including nine years teaching in Nigerian secondary schools and over 25 years in senior civil-service roles. He’s held director-level positions across eight agencies and served as Permanent Secretary in both the Bureau of Public Service Matters and the Office of the Governor.

As an MCIPM-certified HR specialist, Dahunsi optimized careers for 20,000+ teachers at the Ogun State Teaching Service Commission—streamlining appointments, promotions, discipline, and development to meet strategic goals.

While earning his Master’s in Personnel Psychology, he researched stress-coping among teachers and explored how leadership, rewards, and discipline affect junior-staff productivity. His work has informed policy and been presented at multiple forums.

Passionate about elevating public-sector performance, Dahunsi partners with agencies, unions, and stakeholders to build cohesive, high-performing teams. At Herctum Consulting, he applies rigorous analysis, clear communication, and compassionate leadership to craft compelling narratives, implement effective HR frameworks, and navigate complex administrative challenges.
